After upgrading to newer version of MiuTunes, BlackBerry OS should prompt you to reboot the system. Please choose reboot as the application handle has been changed and system requires a reboot to update this information. On some BlackBerry OS sometimes it does not prompt to reboot. In that case, this error occurs. To rectify this problem you need to perform a soft reset or hard reset for the system to update the application information.
